As part of the old Masterclass programme we have started staff training in Academy in both PowerPoint and Word. We have about 13 signed up for each course. I am onto week 4 in the word course and the staff are finally getting used to the text books which tend to be very step by step in fact almost baby step by baby step. I think the staff are enjoying the opportunity to sit for 1.5 hours with nothing to concentrate on except their course. How has everyone else who is doing Academy found it?

Hi Graham I found it best to go to the summary section at the back of the books. Then if I struggled then go to that particular chapter.We have decided to start with IC3 and MS Academy so that we cover a great base understanding before specialist status.
